How Long is the Membership?
Membership lasts for 1-Year, and does not automatically renew
When will I receive my discount code?
You should receive your membership discount code within 5 working days of the start date. In the mean time you can use your membership by placing orders over the phone.
Can I Buy A Beer Club Membership as a Gift?
Yes, simply add their details when purchasing and we will setup a beer club membership for them. Please specify where you would like your merchandise sent to (either yourself or intended recipient). We cannot guarantee any delivery days for merchandise. We will do our best to send the membership code to the recipients email address as close to the desired date as possible.
Can I delay the start of the membership?
Yes, making a membership the perfect gift for any beer lover. Before adding the Beer club to the cart you can add the recipients name, address and the desired start date. Please be aware that if the start date is a weekend they will not receive their membership email until the beginning of the following week.
When will my merchandise arrive?
Your complimentary merchandise should arrive within 2 weeks of purchasing the membership. If, for any reason, such as awaiting new stock, we will call you to advise of the delay.
Will my discount be applied to any products in the same purchase?
No. Your beer club membership will take 24 hours to process. After this time you can call the brewery to place an order or await your membership code.
How do I use my discount code?
To use your discount code online you will need to set up an account through the website. Once you've done this, every time you log in your discount will automatically be applied.
Beer deliveries
Our normal delivery and collection rules and fees applies to all products. Your discount will not be applied to any shipping costs.
