1.Customers
1.1. You must be aged over 18 years and capable of entering into a contract. You must supply proof of age on request, failure to do so will result in the items not being delivered but you may still be charged.
1.2. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18, Uley Ales LTD will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law.
1.3 By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that any alcohol purchased from or received by you from representatives of the company is intended for personal consumption and not for resale unless permission is previously given.
2.0 Representation of products
2.1 Uley Ales LTD reserve the right to alter without notice prices of products and conditions of sale before you place an order. Please note product shades and shapes may vary.
2.2 Certain items have been used for photographic purposes.
3.0 Payment
3.1 Payment must be made using our card handling company (Stripe), prior to dispatch of your order. In the event of non-authorization of payment we will contact you to advise. We do not accept liability for any losses or costs incurred or sustained by customers who transmit credit or debit card information.
4.0 Delivery
4.1 Delivery is done by our own drivers. It will be on the day selected by you at checkout. If for any reason this is not possible you will be contacted by us.
4.2 Deliveries will be made to mainland UK only.
4.3 All products must be handed to an adult (aged 18 years or over) on delivery and if no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, and no delivery instructions have been received, the products will be retained by the driver and we will contact you to rearrange delivery.
4.4 If you enter a postcode not listed we may not be able to deliver to you. We will endeavour to contact you to find an alternative or to arrange a refund.
5.0 Returns policy
5.1 We do not accept returns or issue refunds for mini cans or bag in a box unless we have not fulfilled the order correctly. Please see below the correct handling of our beers to ensure they remain fresh. If you are not happy with the quality of the product please call us to discuss the issue.
5.2 Due to the nature of cask beer once racked bright into polypins, the lifespan of the beer is limited to 3-4 days. Please call 01453 860120 for advice/to register a problem regarding these products.
5.3 You can return non-perishable goods to us within 28 days of receipt providing they are in their original condition. We can offer exchange or refund for the items. Please call us on 01453860120 to arrange. All returns will need to be sent to us via recorded delivery to Uley Brewery, 31 The Street, Uley, GL11 5TB or dropped at the same address and handed to a member of staff.
6.0 IMPORTANT BRIGHT BEER INFORMATION
6.1 We recommend bright beer is drunk within 3-4 days of collection.
6.2 Ideal storage temperature is 4-13°C
6.3 This is a perishable product made to order, therefore if your beer is not collected within 3 days of your selected collection date your order will be disposed of. In this circumstance refunds will not be given.
6.4 Collection is available from 10:00 to 3.30 on Monday-Friday and 9-10am on Saturdays. We are not open on bank holiday Mondays.
6.5 Deposits paid for Firkins are fully refundable for casks returned within 3 months of order. There will be an additional cleaning charge deducted from the deposit if the cask is returned within 3 – 6 months and then after 6 months there will be no deposit refund.
8.0 Limitation of liability
8.1 We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as provided above. In particular, but without limitation, we shall not be liable to you for loss of profit, damage to goodwill or any indirect or consequent loss or damage arising out of any damage, defect, negligence or other failing on our part.
8.2 Nothing in these terms shall limit any rights you may have as a customer which are not capable of being lawfully excluded or limited, nor shall it exclude or restrict our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
9.0 Disclaimer
9.1 Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.
9.2 The material on this Website is provided “as is” without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide you with this Website on the basis that we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill) which but for these terms and conditions might have effect in relation to this Website.

No permission is given by us in respect of the reproduction or use for commercial or detrimental purposes of any brand names, registered trademarks, product names, designs or any other material shown on or connected with our website.
